  We build end-to-end solutions, starting from the consultative process and working towards the automation of the process into technology and the consequent production of indicators. We support our methodologies in the sector best practices, particularly within ISO standards.
  
  Enterprise ArchitecturesOne must clearly understand the relationships of specific business objects so he can draw a change proposal.
  
  In the Enterprise Architectures practice we capture the relevant Business Processes, the supporting Technologies, Locations, People and Information Assets, and enrich these data with the dependencies between them.
  
  To enable a quick and matrix analysis on the information, we use an Enterprise Architecture tool that documents and assists in the modeling process. This practice is core in everything we do.
  
  IT GovernanceMain objective: To ensure that IT is aligned with the business, enables the business and maximises benefits, resources are used responsibly and risks are managed appropriately. We embrace COBIT® as the IT Governance framework, sustained by relevant ISO's, Good Practices Guidelines and Technology to automate the designed controls.
  
  We design end-to-end solutions based on the framework requirements, allowing our customers to achieve a higher or desired maturity level in specific control objectives. The starting point is always a maturity assessment enabling a roadmap blue print.

  Information SecurityInformation Security is the protection of information and specifically in regards to the confidentiality, integrity and availability assurance of the business data. Being a business requirement it is directly aligned with the acceptable risk taken upon the probability of unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, recording or destruction of the information.
  
  Our approach starts exactly within the business requirements, with the definition of enterprise policies and processes, to the auditing of the defined controls and down to the best practices regarding the automation of this processes in procedures and technology.
  
  IT Service ManagementIn this practice we link the conceptual requirements from the governance model to a more detailed and operational level. Through the support on Good Practice Guidelines, our main goal is to design operational procedures adapted to each customer culture and objectives, and in such a way that automation in technology will be a natural next step.
  
  TechnologyTechnology end goal is the automation of tasks so the associated costs with a particular process is the minimum possible.
